Terms of Service

Welcome to Wrenchi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wrenchi mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Mollo Tech AB ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wrenchi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wrenchi helps racing teams that co-own a vehicle coordinate shared ownership. It lets you:

• Record shared expenses, including scanning receipts to extract details
• Split costs between team members and view running balances
• Keep a shared race and maintenance calendar
• Maintain a vehicle work log and a team photo gallery
• Belong to and switch between multiple teams

3. Not a Payment or Financial Service

Wrenchi is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It does not move, hold, or process money, and it is not a bank, payment processor, or provider of accounting, tax, or financial advice. Balances and splits shown in the app are informational only. Settling amounts between team members happens directly between you, outside the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any financial arrangements with your team.

4. Accounts

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add, including photos, receipts, and the expense and vehicle data you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and your teams. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you add.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload unlawful content
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to access accounts, teams, or data that are not yours
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and features (excluding Your Content), is owned by Mollo Tech AB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase (infrastructure) and Anthropic (receipt reading). We are not responsible for the practices of these providers, and your data is handled by them subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CALCULATED BALANCES ARE FREE OF ERROR. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOLLO TECH AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mollo Tech AB and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time (see the Support page). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
