What is Wrenchi?
Wrenchi is an app for racing teams that share a car. It handles shared expenses (with AI receipt scanning), a race calendar, a vehicle work log, and a team photo gallery, all synced across everyone's phones.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your phone number. We send you a one-time code by SMS to confirm it. No passwords.
How do I add my teammates?
Open your team settings and invite people by phone number. When they sign in with that number, they join the team automatically.
How does receipt scanning work?
Snap a photo of a receipt when adding an expense. Wrenchi reads it and fills in the amount, vendor, category, and date for you to confirm. You can always edit the details or enter an expense by hand.
How are expenses split?
Choose to split evenly across the team or by each member's ownership percentage. Balances update automatically so you can see who owes whom.
Can I edit or delete something I added?
Yes. You can edit and delete the expenses, work-log entries, and photos you added. Team admins and owners can manage anything in the team.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email privacy@wrenchi.cc with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll remove your account and associated data.
The camera or photo picker isn't working. What should I do?
Make sure Wrenchi has camera and photo permissions. On iOS, go to Settings, find Wrenchi, and enable Camera and Photos. On Android, check the app's permissions in system settings.
